They just are not on the supply side.

The Signal That Lies
A true supply constraint behaves in a predictable way. Allocation lists. Rationed volumes. Customers begging for more. You see it in semiconductors during a boom, or in shipping capacity when rates explode. The signal is scarcity, and the fix is more capacity.
A demand constraint behaves differently. The factory keeps building because contracts and forecasts say so. The warehouse fills because goods have to land somewhere.
